Delete account and data
You can delete your VaultDex account at any time. Your profile and associated data will be permanently removed.
Delete in the app
- Open VaultDex and go to your profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger zone section.
- Tap Delete account permanently and confirm.
What data is deleted
- Profile (display name, username, bio, avatar)
- Card collection, binders, wishlists and challenges
- Showcase and profile content
- Friendships and saved comparisons
- saved scan images
- shop favorites, visits, notes and photos
Retention
Your data is removed immediately upon deletion. Data is only retained where required by law (e.g. fraud or abuse prevention).
Request deletion without app access
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by email. Write to us from your account email address at info@vaultdex.de.
